I am an experienced Development Manager with over a decade in IT, leading global teams in software development and AI-driven innovations. My career started as a backend developer, giving me deep technical expertise across the entire application lifecycle—from design and development to maintenance and support. Today, I lead a team of 30+ developers and data scientists at SAP, driving innovation in key S/4HANA areas such as Fiori apps, Accrual Engine, and Bank Communication Management. In addition, I am a member of the Senior Leadership Team at SAP Labs Czech Republic and the Senior Leadership Sounding Board, where I contribute to strategic decision-making and cross-entity collaboration. Beyond work, I’m a passionate musician, performing with two bands, and an avid sports enthusiast. Whether it's golf, floorball, cross-country skiing, or enduro biking, I enjoy pushing limits—something I also proved by competing in a half-Ironman triathlon. Additionally, coaching kids in floorball and athletics has refined my ability to motivate and inspire others.
